Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

If the cancellation is made with more than 5 days prior the arrival, we won't apply any penalty.
For every cancellation made within the 4 days prior the arrival, must be subject to a penalty of the first night amount for “Last minute cancellation”. (We will honor late arrivals through next day if domestic flight (Lima/Cuzco) is cancel/delay due to weather.)
